I think I can safely say that Toots had his fair share of his nine lives in his charmed life.
Living in the countryside he had as much freedom as he could ask for; he could use his hunting skills on creatures that would never be seen in the city; explore endless fields for endless territories.
Toots and Norm lived their lives on the edge-that's what life's all about, but their were consequences too. Through various scrapes Toots lost the sight in his right eye survived being run over by a car; he became allergic to the spray that the farmers put down, and he broke his tail.
So this Grandfather of cats lived a full life. Over a period of nineteen years Toots showed how naturally cats adapt to changes and disadvantages in their lives. He was loved so absolutely; he was pampered; he was given the ultimate in treatment and care. Toots touched many lives and will be remembered with affection for a long time to come. We miss him.
