Losing A Friend

Its with great sadness I have to tell you,my beautiful Sborolino was killed on the road on 17th Jan 2010. Our house is not near the road,we have a huge garden,and one side of us is five or six miles of olive groves.So to say it was bad luck is an understatement.

He was particularly special to us as we had hand reared him from a couple of weeks old.

We miss him so much.

Dear Val,

So sorry to hear about your loss. It is always hard when you loose a life so close and i hope you are with people who understand. I can always remember when my wife and i lost Norman to the road. Like you we are in the country and not near roads but it seems it would be wrong to take away every risk in a cats life.

Thanks Nick,

Yes its very hard,he was only two years old.I cannot get the picture of him out of my mind,as we found him.

Mino buried him in our garden and I talk to him,I take a bit of comfort in that.
