Before entering a cat for a show

Can anyone tell me does my cat Henry need to meet certain standards before he is allowed to compete in a show?

No, Anyone can enter any cat for any cat show. They dont have to be a certain standard to be entered but if you are hoping to win any of the competitions then a pedigree cat especially needs to adhere to the accepted standards.
